Introduction:In my family there are many enthusiastic people who love their work: my mother, my father, my grandmother and my grandfather, but at the same time, I have often observed that, among their friends there are people who are dissatisfied with their work and sometimes suffer from it. So I want to choose a profession with which, like my family, I would be happy and will only get pleasure from it. When the time came to decide what to study after high school I had many choices but also doubts because I had to choose a course that I would like, that would interest me, but also that would offer me a job in the future. We live and work in the global economy. In Cyprus, especially in recent years, especially in 2013, the statistical economic crisis will continue for at least another 5 years. After graduation, young people have difficulty finding work and getting hired due to a lack of experience. If older people can't find work, how can young people who have just graduated be hired? Unemployment in Cyprus and around the world has increased. So in this report I show you why I choose the Business and Management course and how it can help me in my future job. I choose Business and Management because it is an effective investment because finding more jobs belonging to this subject seems to be easier to find than others.
