When you work at Electrex, you meet different types of people during your management career. Every employee is different in their own way, but what makes them different is their personality. A person's personality is a combination of feelings, opinions, attitudes, behaviors and activities that, when combined together, make that person special. Working in a large company like Electrex is never easy due to the heavy workload you have to manage. In this situation, some employees may be stressed and this will lead to a decrease in production. High expectations in a multinational company like Electrex would strongly lead to stress. Electrex not only expects them to learn quickly, but also expects them to adapt to the new workplace environment as soon as possible. New employees or young people are less likely to stand out or be singled out in the organization.I. PersonalityIn this section we will talk about what makes a person different from others, perhaps even unique. Our personality will influence our moods which will eventually influence our behavior, human relationships and stress level at work. When describing a person, characteristic adjectives such as clumsy, careless, cheerful and devoted are often used in our daily conversation. Personality Classification Methods In Electrex, within the organization we can see that there are four different types of employees. The Type A personality is competitive, fast-moving, impatient, and preoccupied with work. For example, Jacky, the new employee at Electrex, tends to achieve his goal so poorly without feeling a sense of joy in his efforts or accomplishments. Type A employees tend to overreact for a while mid-card and work at him for efficiency, but he thought Electrex was giving him extra work. It is common for employees and management to perceive the same situation from different frames of reference. Additionally, employees always expect to hear something they love to hear. In selective exposure, employees tend to see and hear what they want. They will only listen to what they like and ignore what they don't like. Interest will also influence how employees perceive and approach something. They will do and sacrifice their time and effort only for the things they have an interest in.
