I am perceiving because I gather information using my senses. I can perceive information from past events and can remember a person's face. I have learned that how I make decisions is based on whether I am thinking or feeling (Personalitypage.com, 2015). My personality trait is that I make decisions based on feelings. I've learned that having these personality traits influences my behavior at work and in my relationships. I find that I have strengths and weaknesses in these personality traits. I find it difficult to be an introvert sometimes. I wish I could have an extroverted personality sometimes. This could help in my work relationships. Learning this about myself will help me become a better employee at work. I am able to see how my personality influences my work and relationships. It will allow me to learn more about myself and how I interact with my colleagues. I find that my beliefs (values that define me) are also part of my personality. This also affects my work relationships. For example, knowing right from wrong when faced with an ethical situation at work. All of these elements play a role in my personality and behavior at work. It makes me want to succeed
