Finally, the sixth program is the Intensive Outpatient, Medically Assisted Drug and Alcohol, and Co-occurring Program offering individual, group, and family treatment. The purpose of this treatment is so that our clients can stay at home and continue to work, go to school or care for their children while they are engaged in treatment. Our primary focus is addressing substance use and mental health disorders. However, the majority of our clients come to this program with their basic needs unmet. Before we can even get them to focus on becoming stable with their mental health or sobriety, we must first address many other issues such as; trauma, physical health, employment, housing, family or legal relationships
