Executive SummaryThis report was created to evaluate YouProtect's web analytics for the period July 25, 2013 to March 23, 2014. The goal was to provide actionable recommendations for site improvement web based on the use of Google Analytics The result of the data analysis showed that YouProtect was in a bad position as visitors apparently tend to abandon their website rather than stay there. The reasons behind this could stem from unprofessional page design layout, outdated material, lack of quality content, lack of understanding of behavior and irrelevant keywords. YouProtect is advised to: Redesign the website layout. Update new engaging content daily across both websites and social media. Use keywords related to the main merchandise.
