For an individual to achieve success in all aspects of life, one must work on his negative aspects and constantly work to improve his positive traits as well. If an individual is achieving a high position in the job market, it is essential that he or she possesses both employability and educational qualification. Employability skills are a set of personality traits that a graduate employer looks for in a candidate. Time management skills, innovative skills, creativity are traits to name a few. Every human being is born with a set of traits, which can be his strengths or weaknesses. It depends on the individual how they shape them in the way of the ritual. Formal education, personal experience, and mentorship are some ways through which anyone can cultivate and develop the skills they possess. For example, my two-month internship period taught me a lot. Until I was put to work in a corporate environment I was never able to realize my true strengths and weaknesses. My internship period in a renowned company, day after day, made me realize how much I needed to grow and cultivate. I realized the importance of time management as a result of creative solutions to complex situations. During my tenure there I realized that my career interest lay in the entrepreneurial environment. After self-analyzing my performance during the internship, I decided to become a successful businessman. To become a successful entrepreneur I start... halfway...... I make finance my career. I found it very interesting and this gave me the strength and ambition to pursue this field and complete my postgraduate specialization in Finance abroad. However, auditing work requires a lot of concentration in return it helps improve the individual's skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively. It was at this point that I could focus and clearly aim for my future goals and plan my career goal with all the plans ready. There are several stages of success involved in this, one of which is mainly to complete my graduation with good grades and then get admitted into a good postgraduate college abroad. All these goals are set in such a way that they are achievable. Achieving these goals will be like a dream come true for me. However, the grades I receive in my exams will be a mirror image of my next upcoming result.
