The Political Correctness (PC) that seems to control our every movement, our thoughts and our public expression has catapulted us into a world of liberalism that serves as a safe haven for ignorant people; people who seem so closed minded, that they enjoy causing confusion and instigating the situation to get worse. The worst part about PC is that we all view it in a negative, racist, or harassing way. We should all strive to have an adjective in our way of thinking instead of political correctness. As per our case study, the problem with this issue is that people take it seriously, Barbara was making a joke/comment about the opaque appearance, he responded with a joke/comment and Barbara can't understand the Matt's intentions. A friend from HR was just an instigator, she could calm the matter by saying that it was a joking comment, or that some closure could be offered.
