The revolution is a change, change can be a good thing, like the bell-bottom revolution. Or it can be a bad thing, like the Russian Revolution. In the early 1900s revolution broke out in Russia, at that time Tsar Nicholas ruled a monarchical government. Some argue that the Russian Revolution is to blame for the Tsar's bad decisions and his forgetfulness of what was happening in his country. The political, economic and social effects of this revolution were horrific. In Russia the rich lived rich and famous while the poor starved unnoticed. There was such tremendous poverty, and the policemen simply did not want to grow, the people began to riot. They wanted more, they needed more. The Tsar did nothing for their needs because he did not know how bad things were. From his lifestyle he thought life was good. Finally the people had enough and were ready to turn against their leader. Once the soldiers, who were fighting in World War I, turned against the Tsar, everything went downhill. There was no one there who could stop the people from rebelling. Instead of stopping them, the soldiers joined them. The soldiers turned against the Tsar because they were starving and starving… they only had three bullets a day in the war. Everyone hated the Tsar except a small class of rich people. The monarch government simply couldn't take it anymore. People wanted to be heard, they wanted rights. Eventually things got so bad that the Tsar abdicated for his son and himself. This took everyone by surprise and the communist government intervened in the confusion and took over. The people didn't care because they promised that everyone would be equal and said they would bring peace and food. The only people who opposed this were the rich classes because they didn't want to be equal, they preferred to have more than everyone else. I believe the Russian Revolution could definitely have been avoided..
