I work in aviation only from Friday to Sunday. It's just a part-time job, secondary to my dental practice. In my typical flight work week, I do some flight instruction, depending on the students' schedules; I also use my plane as a taxi service on various occasions. But I never work on Sunday mornings. I believe that ultimately God is in control of everything and deserves our respect. He teaches us through our experiences and we must connect to him so that he can do this. -What is the purpose or objective of X? The purpose and objective of the flight instructor is, ultimately, to glorify God. This is the goal of all careers. Flying is unique because it allows you to glorify God by exploring His creation and being able to see it from a rarely seen angle; from the air. -How does X make the world a better place? Being something doesn't make the world a better place. It's what you do that makes the difference. If I were to somehow use my plane to save lives, it would be the action that makes the world a better place, not the fact that I am a flight instructor. -What it means to be Christian
