Topic > The Importance of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - 1847

We think certain things based on what we feel and feel a specific path because of what we are considering. The point here is that everything intertwines to frame the overall customer experience (Farmer & Chapmen, 2016). A therapist is supposed to look at all three, but I also agree with Beck that it is imperative and important to change one's schema in case it is deliberately one-sided. It is easy for a client who has a problem to distort reality and I agree that this is the thing that causes numerous problems in the way people feel and the way they view themselves (Farmer & Chapmen, 2016). As for Beck and despondency, I imagine that CBT is a flawless approach to assessing sadness and demonstrating to the client what melancholy is.
