My listening skills were rated low. At work I have a tendency not to communicate effectively with my employees and it is due to the fact that I do not listen and fully understand their needs and concerns of team One of the assessments revealed that I am too task oriented and tend to focus less on people's concerns. I can improve my leadership skills by achieving balance with people and my tasks they help build trust with my employees. Being trustworthy is a core value for being a successful leader and team player.
