Strengths and Weaknesses During Mid-SEE I wrote reflections on my writing and participated in group activities. I received comments from my colleagues and suggestions to help me revise my article. With the help of my professor, Professor Church, and my classmates, I was able to understand their suggestions for improving my essay, and by reviewing my classmates' essays, I was able to highlight the mistakes I might have made in my essay, which forced me to go back to my essay and check and see if there were any errors passing before my eyes. I have come to understand what my strengths and weaknesses are in my writing. What I tend to do wrong in my articles is try to keep the topic under discussion throughout the paper. I tend to jump from one topic to another and my sentences start repeating and repeating the same things. My strength in writing is to make sure I always support my points and make sure my article fits the topic. "Good start: the cookie description contains interesting sensory details to attract the reader." (Prof. Church) Rereading my articles, I don't seem to find the errors that my reviewers do. I guess I'm just used to the way I write and corrections don't jump out at me. “Listen to this sentence out loud and then rephrase it more clearly.” (Prof. Church)As a student, I feel I have many weaknesses in writing. I know this myself and because the teachers told me. Some of the complications I face when writing are not using enough paragraphs, forgetting a thesis statement, lack of word choice, punctuation errors, etc. Sometimes I am not aware of my mistakes, but I always try to correct them. my strengths and weaknesses also come......middle of paper......up. I was able to delve deeper into research and writing to engage in an academic conversation on any topic and not simply report the basic facts. Due to the writing rubric, I believe I am in the range of a B. I put all my effort into every article I write and make sure they are delivered or published on the due date. I never slack off while working and I always work 110%, whether my paper turns out excellent or horrible, I always tell myself that I did my best. Writing about my personal strengths is a challenging task that requires me to focus on the strengths that make up my character. However, attacking my weaknesses means challenging myself to take control over the areas that need redefining certain skills to achieve maximum success in life. My life is not defined by weaknesses, but above all by the composition of my personal strengths.
