This business has managed to spread its wings across Asia within a few years of its establishment (Teo, 2012). Despite the triumph he achieved, there is always room for improvement. Few analyzes are carried out – Management Analysis, HRM Analysis and Leadership Analysis – to better understand the business. Therefore, recommendations on related issues will be made upon completion of these analyses.2.0. Furthermore, Public Bank Berhad also emphasizes diversity in the workplace by employing a diverse workforce, regardless of age group, gender, race, beliefs or work experience, as merits are all that matters ( Public Bank Berhad, Ethical Behavior and Corporate Social Responsibility) In order to ensure that auspicious ethical behavior within the organization is supported, Public Bank Berhad has relied on “Fit and Proper” policies under of corporate governance (Public Bank Berhad, 2014). policies is to help maintain the integrity and reputation of the company. For example, there is an “Anti-Fraud Policy” that would prevent any fraud or any attempt to do so. If such things occur, whistleblowers would be able to report such crime to the authorities. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) may be one of the best ways a company gives back to society for its business success, and this company has managed to seize this opportunity. Nonetheless, Public Bank Berhad has been pursuing CSR across Asia with perseverance, which results in garnering numerous awards during its years of operation.
