By analyzing both negative and positive behaviors using my own experiences and observations, I will describe the effects and impact they had on students and their learning outcomes. Reflecting on this process will help me analyze their response to different environmental and behavioral situations within the classroom. By developing strategies based on three major learning theories, I will explain how to use these methods to manage student behavior and influence the learning environment. By identifying the main features of the current legislation and implementing my organizational policies for managing student behaviour, I will give a brief description of how this affects students and the learning environment outlining the strengths and weaknesses and making suggestions for the improvement. When considering different strategies to improve and aid the learning environment within the classroom, Geoff Petty argued that "order in the classroom was created by a combination of four factors: effective lessons on a well-conceived curriculum, good organizational skills, good teacher-student relationships and effective discipline (Perry 2009:110)' I will look at how to create positive behaviors using effective classroom management techniques to develop positive peer pressure and healthy group dynamics while reducing destructive behaviours. Using my experience I will analyze the behavior and describe the effects and impact it has on student learning and achievement. The students had completed the first year of this course and were interested in the topic the necessary equipment. The subject I taught was computer maintenance and networking. They were all adults and interested in... half of the paper... within the safety limits required by law. This law aims to minimize the chances of accidents and injuries and, where accidents occur, to provide a rapid and effective response to minimize further injury and death. For example, multi-storey buildings must provide an effective means of evacuation for people with disabilities in the event of a fire. Works CitedGravells, A.
