From this theory, I aspired that a teacher is a role model for students and they observe and learn many things from a teacher in addition to formal teaching experiences. I need to make my topics simple enough based on the student's education level so that I can ensure understanding. Apart from that, it also gave me an insight into the behavioral response of my students and how to treat them empathetically. Developing patience in handling the complex situation in the teaching/learning environment is crucial to this teaching style. Furthermore, Bandura teaches that to reproduce the behavior I must stimulate my students with appropriate stimuli such as quizzes, assignments and other learning experiences to display their abilities to their maximum potential. This theory also highlights motivation and I believe it is crucial as a teacher to be a great motivator. Instead of discouraging students with negative comments, a teacher can motivate them by highlighting their strengths and weaknesses through a constructive approach.
