When you walk with integrity you will always need to know when you need to evaluate the current situation to make the right decision for yourself and the business or organization who you work for. A leader will always feel “that darker, heartbreaking side of human behavior, whether it be plagiarism, dishonesty, cheating, prejudice and apathy, one will and will not be immune to it.” (Cipriano, 2015, p.#). As a leader we still need to use good judgment on the decisions we make as a leader, there is a scripture that says "and strong food is of perfect men, who through use have their senses exercised, until the discernment of both of the good and evil.” (YLT Hebrews 5:14) When we walk in integrity we set an example.
