Hamlet is a man who seeks great revenge on his uncle for killing his father and marrying his mother. Hamlet's experiences are caused by free will. Hamlet has control over the things that happen to him. Hamlet takes part in a deadly duel and states that “when our deep plots fade away; and this should teach us that there is a divinity that shapes our end… (Shakespear,1601). Hamlet had a choice that he did not have to consider in the duel. In the play Hamlet has some sort of relationship with a girl named Ophelia. With Hamlet focused on avenging his father's death, he treats Ophelia badly, which drives her to kill herself. Lord Polonius says to Ophelia: “Love! Phew! You speak like a green girl, not sifted in such dangerous circumstances. Do you believe his offers, as you call them? "(Hamlet Act 1, Scene 3). Hamlet brought Ophelia to death because of his actions towards her. Hamlet's actions and free will led to the death of himself and others around
