GROOM This report is prepared to provide a final compare and contrast analysis of the Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) program offered by USM. It is designed to enable students to connect their studies according to their particular interests, needs and circumferences with the management of the Bachelor of Science (Honors) information system of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). These comparisons included evaluating and emphasizing the similarities and differences of both programs for the Information System Management (ISM) program recommendation report offered by both institutions. PURPOSE The assessment takes place between the first level studies offered by both institutions. First of all, the Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) was located in Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, which was the main campus of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and the Bachelor of Science (Honours) Information System Management at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Machang Campus, Kelantan Branch monitoring the program. RESULTS Apart from both programs, it can be concluded that they have several relevant criteria to be judged in the evaluation carried out.
