One way to improve the efficiency and quality of care is the risk management system, identifying, evaluating impacts and developing countertactics designed to limit accidental events that cause physical and moral damage to the healthcare organization, its patients and his patients. personal. A large number of errors occur in healthcare at all levels, most of them end successfully, without harm to staff and patients. Only a small portion of cases end up causing significant harm and even death. In this situation, it is not possible to detect a clear link between staff errors, the healthcare organization and patient injuries. Risk management was created to bring stability to the healthcare organization in the event of accidents, incidents and losses. Reveals hidden dangers and develops countermeasures.
