Medical Conditions (Active): After taking the patient's medical history, I discovered that the patient has several active medical conditions. She has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, type II diabetes, sleep problems, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. He had rheumatoid arthritis when he was 49 and has had this disease for 14 years. You will feel pain in places involving joints such as hands, knees and hips. You also feel pain in the area around your head and neck, which contributes to your headaches. This is actually a condition in which our immune system, which is supposed to fight infections, attacks the cells lining our joints, causing them to become swollen, stiff and painful and, in the process, damaging the joint, cartilage and bone close1.
