Do I consider myself a potential leader? Yes, definitely. I know I have what it takes and will do everything in my power to lead when needed. As for my future as a leader, I see myself starting with this role as head nurse and then head nurse. I love being in control of situations and feel I have the qualities needed to create an effective work environment. As a future leader, I hope to encourage and inspire my employees to be their best in their work, as well as motivate them to achieve the expectations needed to run a successful nursing business.
