Topic > Short Essay on Stargirl - 549

As usual Stargirl showed up in a strange way and made the dance extremely fun, but Hillary didn't like this and is angry with Stargirl. After the dance, no one ever saw Stargirl again, but that year she changed all the lives at Mica High. This book is very related to psychology. This shows how different people are. Some people can change your life, just because they are different. Stargirl grew up differently than the other students at Mica High and it changed her entire life. She was as smart as any other child, but the environment she grew up in changed the way she thought and acted. I really enjoyed this book. I've read it 3 times now and I think I get a different take away from it every time I read it. It was judged by what people saw on the outside rather than what was on the inside. I think you actually have to know someone before you can judge them. I highly recommend this book, but I think the older you get the more you will get out of the book. My photo is from when Leo follows Stargirl into the desert. I think this describes the book why we should follow the things we want in life. Stargirl had no problem saying what she wanted and didn't care what anyone else thought. Stargirl helped Leo understand this and tried to help him realize what others think isn't true
