I have both my parents and a younger brother. Both of my parents don't have a high school education and don't know much English, my brother also always listens to me, so at that point I became the decision maker. Time passes, my parents and my brother ask me to make decisions for them instead of learning to do it from them. Therefore, I end up becoming a power style. Also, when I was in school, I liked to participate in various activities and I had some changes. Also, I understand that no risk brings no gain, so sometimes I would like to take risks. However, my current position takes me from an energetic style to a conventional style that I don't want to accept. Also, from the bottom of my heart, I like working with people, making friends and being optimistic most of the time. However, due to my job, I need to work individually a lot of time. Therefore, from the beginning I said that I agree with the powerful, conventional and limiting style that encourages man in the work situation, but not fully in personal life
