Well, in addition to handing out tons of papers, numerous tests, and stories that students aren't interested in reading (or are simply too lazy to read), teachers have a responsibility to create the future leaders of tomorrow. In today's society it can be difficult to advance without a formal education. Education is one of the institutions of society that helps instill in our younger generations the norms, values and morals of the world in which we live. Teachers guide their students on the journey to success. Have you ever wondered how you would get to where you are today, or how you will get to where you will be tomorrow without a great instructor? According to a private pedagogical survey conducted on sources (teachers and students), some of the main qualities of teachers should be discipline, motivation and, above all, respect. I interviewed three teachers and three students at the high school, middle, and elementary school levels. How do we define discipline? When most people hear the word "discipline," they imagine an eighty-year-old, six-foot-tall matron holding a long cane, preparing to give an insistent child his just punishment. In modern terms, having a disciplined classroom is simply the act of maintaining structure and consistency in the work environment. Discipline is difficult to achieve in a classroom where the teacher and students are seen as equals.
