Pablo Picasso was born on October 25, 1881 in Malaga, Spain. He died on 8 April 1973 in Mougins France. He was an extraordinary sculptor, ceramist, set designer and poet. He spent most of his adult life in France. During the 20th century, Pablo Picasso was one of the most influential artists of the time. He co-founded the Cubist movement, the invention of constructed sculpture, and also co-founded collage. Picasso, Henri Matisse and Marcel Duchamp are considered the three artists who most defined the revolutionary developments in the plastic arts in the first decades of the 20th century. Pablo Picasso was more than an artist, he changed the name of art as we know it.
