The major that interests me the most is business administration, because I would like to have the opportunity to gain more knowledge about how to run a business and to be able to choose any business of my choice to work for in the beginning, found in places like Kohl's, Macy's, Target, k-mart, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, or pretty much any place that sells cosmetics, among other much needed items in the family. I always tend to keep track of what is needed in the house which would make my life easier, and if I work for a place where I can find these necessary items, in a certain company I choose to work for, it is like being in heaven for me. It's a good start to be able to study the basics that make a worker more marketable in college, but it's also a good idea to start working for a company that I admire for its products and their durability. success in business which makes it even more motivating to work for mentors of great strength and determination to stay in business and grow. I also thought that working for a successful company that has been around for a long time, would be the best model to learn from, to start building my own business and be ready for success. I am currently working on gaining the basic skills to work in the retail industry. Based on a professional assessment I am described as reserved but flexible, sentimental and theoretical. I am calm and very analytical. It also says that I understand complex materials to be more comfortable creating or operating a system. I have “future-oriented thinking to see the implications and benefits of implementing my ideas.” I like to see the big picture rather than the details or sometimes I prefer it more... middle of paper....... It is one of the things that could stop us or make us willing to become stronger with the knowledge to be in capable of achieving success. Money is not everything, but the pay is high for those who have great responsibility and willingness to work hard and I am one of those. I understand that benefits don't come by themselves, but you have to earn them through education and hard work. Natural skills and talents could be improved daily and I am the type who seeks to improve in any area necessary to gain the benefits that a job with a lot of responsibility could bring to my life and family. Salaries for a retail job mean that great preparation and determination are needed to endure the challenges. Once one has decided what one can do, the rest also comes that repays all that time and dedication that I am willing to accept.
