Knowing when and how to use them can help an individual deal with daily communication experiences. Often the two “parents”, adequacy and effectiveness, as I like to call them, tend to act as boundaries for the other four dimensions. All intertwined is a basic moral compass defined by ethics that are different from person to person. Using all the ICC criteria in communication is in fact a guarantee.
