Assuming that the organization wishes to succeed, we can then view it as a living system dependent on emotional, social and economic outcomes for each of the groups within it (Beerel, 2009) . For this living system to achieve these goals, a leader must lead a team that can create a collaborative environment when it comes to the consulting role it plays in an established sales organization. By focusing on perceived failure, the SE team should recognize the challenges encountered. and lessons learned with a commitment to creating a collaborative environment. By sponsoring a User Advisory Board (UAB) across the various living system groups, the administrative division of the SE team can formalize stakeholder engagement and contributions. UAB allows the team to openly discuss the executive guidance received with the sales management, training development and reporting teams.
