I consider myself a feminist because being a woman myself, I understand the difficulties women face. In today's society there are still women who are paid less than every dollar a man is paid. Women who face rape and domestic violence suffer from trauma that doesn't go away. In some countries, girls are still treated as if they don't deserve the same education as boys in their countries. The reason I am a feminist is because I would like to make a difference and show that women can do anything a man can do. I believe that feminist movements can have an impact on the way women are mistreated based on
