Many that would have discouraged me when I walked through that door for the first time. None of my teachers would have taught me to write like Mrs. Plot did. It's so hard to go from an encouraging teacher who cares about you to a teacher who is just there to get paid. In my opinion, English is the most important lesson to teach. To teach English you should be more qualified because it is not fair to students to fail the basics of all subjects and miss out on writing practice. I struggled in writing classes because of the way my teachers decided to teach. They didn't give feedback and didn't make the lesson interesting. Students are not busy when they have to attend lessons every class period. We need hands-on activities or projects that help us understand the concept we are learning. I have difficulty speaking in front of large groups, but perhaps if I had the right teachers I wouldn't have any problems. Having lazy teachers may be fun in the moment, but in the long run it makes you fall behind everyone else
