The first is time management, dividing time between all my groups and learning to maximize the time spent with them will not only help me with the rest of my time in Questrom but even in the business world. My MBTI results did not surprise me because I am very aware of the things I participate in and believe in. Mostly being told that I'm an extrovert who likes to be surrounded by groups wasn't surprising. The MBTI results state that “I prefer creativity and freedom,” which is not wrong at all. It's very accurate, I don't like working in areas where thinking is free from constraints. To be successful in this course, I believe I need to place great emphasis on my team. Beyond that, the solution to improving myself will come by asking for feedback when it's not expected. For example after completing a part of a project or when we had a successful team
