It can also include a wider range of technologies such as email, mobile devices, social media and even telephones/cell phones. E-commerce is generally considered the business aspect of e-commerce. It also consists of data exchange processes to facilitate the financial and payment aspects of business transactions. This is an effective and efficient way of communicating within an organization and also one of the most effective and useful ways to conduct e-commerce processes in order. It is a market entry strategy in which an organization may or may not have a physical presence. The areas of security and privacy, seller and buyer reliability, consumer protection, shipping logistics, and e-loyalty are some of the major issues in the e-business industry.
