Businesses today compete like never before. A business that exists in the virtual world must not only have a great website, social media accounts, and advertising, but it must also invest in reliable servers and securities. A strong company image and consumer trust are very important. People who shop online want to be sure that their money arrives in the right account, that they have no problems with the money transfer and that they receive the goods they ordered. The company needs to make sure that its return policy is clear. Normally the goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, it does not apply to food products or unsealed copies of videos or software. The final price and taxes must be visible on the website. In the case of business-to-business exchanges, the transactions are settled in the country where the seller is located. Business-to-consumer transactions are administered by the country in which the consumer resides (Tiwari R, et al 2006). The company must keep in mind that it is not authorized to collect personal data of its customers. The copyright issue also needs to be addressed. Copyright laws of an online business are not easy to control and it may be difficult to monitor if someone has copied an existing business model and is making profits at our expense (Joseph C, 2015). Inappropriate websites must be banned so that employers cannot view or print them. Communication
