As a minister you are called to be a great box of encouragement. It is our duty to make sure that when it comes to the building of the church we live a life that pleases God that He is able to use in the ability to build the church. Within the house of faith we have more of a church building task whether through the interpretation of tongues or through a prophetic word as an example only.H. As ministers of the Gospel this is a crucial task for us. Making sure we feed the sheep or congregation properly. It is very important to make sure as a minister that we nurture what God has given us for His people, no more, no less. Make sure that the word is appropriate for everyone present so that even children are able to understand the word that comes to edify and prune us. As a minister we are responsible for making sure we warn believers and watch over them. The Bible talks about this to the shepherds saying that he will give us leaders after his own heart. This is a verse to hide and keep in the heart of every minister. Since God has commissioned us to lead and shepherd his people, we have the responsibility to care for and watch over them in the affairs of natural and spiritual well-being and to holistically empower them in areas of their lives.
