Prominent leaders like Rosa Parks, Mahatma Gandhi, and Barrack Obama portray their leadership skills by embracing their introverted qualities that make them some of the greatest leaders of all time. More importantly, introverts everywhere should be aware of their leadership potential because the world needs more leaders like them. This is also crucial for introverts to recognize so that they too can have the courage and confidence to establish themselves in leadership roles in the future.
