At the end of the first ninety (90) days of employment, the employee will receive a written progress report on training and performance adjustments. This initial report will evaluate the new employee's educational progress and how well they are meeting their job expectations. Phase two occurs upon successful completion of the initial period which includes ninety (90) days of the initial period and the subsequent nine months of employment, at the end of which the employee will receive a written performance evaluation. Thereafter, the evaluation period ends on March 30 of each employment year (end of the company's fiscal year) unless there is a significant change in responsibilities or performance; or if there is a job change.
