Taking minutes we learned that it was important to keep track of what we were doing in each lesson as it is easy to lose track. The planning process can therefore be easily narrated and recalled. It was good to be able to consult the minutes because it was easy to verify that everyone did what they were supposed to. It also made it easier to reflect on and evaluate the assignment as it shows a timeline of the assignment process. Finally it also provides evidence that my skills were developed gradually during the assignment. In the photos on the following page, it is evident that I and the other 3 members of my group were teaching and supervising the 8th grade class. Most of the lesson involved the four of us standing at the front and providing information to the students. Since it was part of the lesson plan, we will be involved with the students on a closer level. Each group member sat at a table of about 5 students and helped them fill out a worksheet (photo on next page of us working at a group table). Teamwork Each person in the group contributed a great amount during the construction and planning of the Ministry is the service or functions of a minister in a religion. In other words, ministry is the work the church does not only for the community but for the rest of the world. You don't have to be a minister to contribute to the community; as long as you are part of a parish or attend church at school you can have a significant contribution. Many ministers have degrees in theology or religious education, but that doesn't mean we can't contribute. As males, if something isn't relevant to us, we often tend to ignore it. Having ministry as one of our four pillars gives us a chance and reminds us to be spiritual not only with ourselves, but with God and the church
