The goal was to show dental school admissions faculty that I can master higher level biology lessons such as human anatomy and histology and to prepare me for my future study at the school of dentistry. During my master's degree at Mississippi College, I was able to excel in my classes by developing a rigorous lifestyle through time management in order to maximize my time spent studying. My success at Mississippi College gave me the confidence that I could be successful at any dental school. Additionally, I joined the post-baccalaureate program at Temple Dental School which provides a dentistry-related curriculum to become even more prepared for the challenge of dental school. Additionally, I am now a NELDA certified dental assistant and will assist dental students in the clinic. I look forward to observing the interactions dental students have with patients and learning as much as I can about the procedures that are performed in the office
