I was transported by Louise's mood and its change throughout the story. In real life, like in "The Story of an Hour", I'm sure many people have experienced the situation where they are unable to control their feelings and this leads to their feelings changing in ways they cannot predict. Releasing the sensation without control can cause some consequences. Louise's death is proof of her inability to control her emotions. Even though the ending of this story makes me very sad, I enjoyed reading this story because his situation constantly changes and takes me from surprise to surprise, which I have rarely found elsewhere.
