1. Event planning (40 points)a. Explain the event planning process as stated by Shone and Parry. The event planning process is a process that event organizers should follow to make the event run smoothly and help avoid problems that may occur during the event. According to Shone and Parry, there are 5 main components of the event planning process, which are goal and initiation, planning (draft plan), event organization and preparation, implementation and disinvestment/legacy. First, the goal and getting started is the first step in event planning. In this step you refer to "what do you want?", you need to think about what activities you will do in your event, what is the objective of the event and what type of event it should be according to the objective of the event. In this phase the event planner must collect the ideas and proposals for the event. Event organizers can get the idea from their colleagues through brainstorming and voting. Once we have the ideas, we need to sift through them all to narrow down what we really need for the event, into three categories: marketing, operations and finance. We need to sift through them because it will help us see the full picture of the event, we can see the objective of the event more clearly. In marketing screening we have to consider what the event should be like to fit the suitability of the target group. We can consider the demographic information of the target group such as social profile, age range and more. Another screening is operational screening. We need to consider external factors for our event, such as technology, location, venue or manpower. We need to ensure that the operation has sufficient resources to handle the event. ... half of the paper ... transfer the mafia in other ways, such as letting their employees join the mafia. This is also one of the risks that I can identify in the mafia. You risk delivering cooking gas with this method because it does not seem strong and safe. The tank could fall and hit people, or gas could leak and cause an explosion. I suggest that the delivery of hazardous substances should be safer by using another vehicle or by having equipment that appears more robust and safe. People could get hurt due to the explosion of the electricity generator. In this case, the generator may have to work under overload because it requires a lot of electricity. This generator is located close to the public, so it has a chance to explode and hurt the public. My suggestion is that the generator should be placed further away from the public and should have a technician check it often.
