Sales/Income Goals Achieve restaurant break-even by the end of the first quarter of operation. 'Indian Curry' will provide the friendliest service to our customers. 1.2 POSITION Now we have to choose the position in which to set up our restaurant. I will open my own restaurant in Takapuna. This method would be very effective and efficient and this way the name would spread and reach many people. The atmosphere of the restaurant also plays an important role in restaurant marketing. If the atmosphere is good, people will definitely be attracted to the restaurant and will come in good numbers. The location of the restaurant also plays an effective role. the restaurant is located in an area where the population is good, people will automatically prefer to go to the nearest place.
