As the cliché goes, "There is no 'I' in TEAM." (ref) When collaboration is applied effectively, rewarding results are revealed through higher levels of performance. The unit is in power. Organizations often use a team of people where they can achieve much more than the sum of the total individual talents. In this way, common objectives and active involvement are achieved. In relative relevance to TATI as a team, they do not demonstrate a cohesive work environment, as should be expected in professional organizations. The staff is biased and biased. Linda acted on personal preference and opted for the preferred employers she initially hired, rather than the quality of work ethic. Additionally, Linda takes on the vast majority of the workload. Ultimately, the central staff members who are below the top staff (Linda/John) are convinced that a strategic planning process is empty. It is clear that TATI is halfway between 'storming' and only slightly in 'regulation' when in reality they should be able to be in the 'execution' and 'updating' phase. Incorporating shared responsibility into each staff member is much more productive. One person doing most of the work and having others do almost none of it, like James, is ineffective. Ethan should look to increase the responsibility of each team member in the near future
