Based on my observations, I have learned that every child is unique and extraordinary, and that biology, surroundings, and educational encounters impact a child's progress. In this sense, as a social work student in the juvenile justice field, I have learned to refrain from summarizing someone's practices and/or behaviors solely based on my visual perceptions. I also have to think about how likely it is that young people also have their own qualities and unmistakable excellences. The reasoning is due to the fact that many practices and/or behaviors are strongly influenced by the system in which that individual grew up. While doing this task, I reflected on my past encounters as a child, my childhood beliefs, mindsets, guidelines and also examined how they influenced my development. By building this self-awareness, it has cautioned me against harsh practice and awareness of how I identify with individuals. In conclusion, development and improvement in early youth involve the collaboration of internal procedures, supported by external help and stimulation. Understanding the idea of human development will strengthen my training in evaluations, mediations and surveys. Although both physical and biological changes affect the child, I should have the ability to recognize them
