Technology Reflection 5Teachers are the most important people in leading students to academic success. Students spend more time in school than in other places. Good teachers can provide not only knowledge but also life lessons to their students. Furthermore, good teachers can inspire, motivate and build a good learning attitude towards students by creating interesting materials and guiding students in the right directions to succeed in life. In my high school, there were many subjects that I hated because I had bad teachers, while some subjects I really liked because I liked the materials and the environment in the classrooms created by the teachers. Some of my friends in high school even looked up to their teachers as role models. Therefore, having good teachers in children's lives is essential. However, there are many problems related to keeping good teachers in schools and the difficulty of eliminating bad ones. The issues are listed in the following sections.
