Globalization is most frequently used to define "global technological and economic incorporation procedures that are creating a new distribution of skills, wealth, technology and production " (ASTEC.) . The pace and scope of globalization, as well as the increasing internationalization of communications and culture, are strongly influenced by technology, primarily communications and transportation. Globalization of the labor market means greater opportunities for governments and businesses as the promotion of policy coordination will advance the global incorporation of markets and increasing interdependence between government policies. Some of the benefits, such as better access to markets and technology, are used as a pool of resources by scaling up and equipping highly affected areas with more resourceful means. As a result, technology will help, rather than displace, workforces by enabling organizations to communicate on a global scale in ways that are further cost-effective and competent.
