Topic > Nepotism Rule in Job Search - 1619

INTROIt's no longer what you know. It's who you know. In most cases, when you look for a job, someone has an influence on your hiring, such as an employee who works there or a family member. Most of the time it's not because you're qualified to do the job. This is my theory on why it's so hard to get a job right after college. As a recent graduate you don't know many people in your industry and most likely have no experience. I think the best way to solve the problem of graduates not being able to find jobs is for all companies to adopt the non-nepotism rule. The regulation that you can't work anywhere where you have family or friends at least not in your direct department. Another solution might be to have a special employer who is not related to or knows anyone in the workplace. An employer who only hires people, with the result that the employer has no external influence in the decision to hire you or not due to qualification. The main problem we have with jobs is the big problem that goes hand in hand with the job market, the economy. The economy that goes hand in hand with our employment situation is shown in the recession period of 2008-2009, when the unemployment rate almost doubled and reached its maximum, going from 5% to 9.8% . The recession isn't the only thing shaking things up. situation of finding such a difficult job. One of the main reasons why finding work has become so difficult is the ratio of available jobs to job seekers. With an unemployment rate close to double the norm and even with the number of 140,000 new jobs every month in 2012. It is still not enough to bring the unemployment rate back to the lows of the mid-range. of paper......there are not many jobs in the area because they are all full due to nepotism which makes things difficult for people who don't have a job and making it extremely more difficult for those who have just graduated or have no work experience. Nepotism should be destroyed, it's unfair to those who are more qualified and every company should have a rule that you can't hire anyone who has a personal relationship in the same place as you, or at least that you guys can't supervise each other at each other and must maintain the same position. The only place nepotism should be acceptable is in new or old family owned businesses and even then they should still consider it. At this point it is extremely difficult to transition into nepotism due to private companies and the lack of evidence that you might know someone you are hiring, but all companies should have an anti-nepotism rule.
