Romeo, at the beginning of the play, is a young man in love, immature and impulsive. At the beginning of the play, Romeo believes he has found the person and place “with which I am in love” by talking about Rosaline, a girl he barely knows (Ii). Romeo is in love and impulsive, he says this about Rosaline after just meeting her. Romeo doesn't know what true love is, he's just an immature young man who doesn't see reality as it is. Toward the end of the scene, Romeo sees a new girl named Juliet and wonders if his “heart has loved till now” (Iv). Romeo very quickly forgets and pushes away the girls he “loved,” making him an immature and impulsive lover. He "loves" the prettiest girl he sees without even meeting her. Overall, Romeo says and does actions without thinking and moves on very quickly. Over the course of the show Tybalt and Benvolio develop drastic differences as Benvolio is the peacemaker and Tybalt stirs up arguments, these actions make the characters at odds. At a conformation in the city Tybalt tries to provoke Benvolio and the other mounts into fighting, although Benvolio utters the words of wisdom "I do but I keep the peace" (Ii). This shows that Benvolio is in control of his actions while Tybalt is aggressive and impulsive. This is because Benvolio wants peace, not drama or fighting like Tybalt who is bloodthirsty. After the denial of the fight for Benvolio Tybalt expresses the “talk of peace! I hate the word, as I hate hell" (II). This shows that Tybalt does not like peace, he would prefer chaos, fighting and death unlike Benvolio who only wants peace. This is because Benvolio and Tybalt come from naturally feuding families, so whatever they say is totally the opposite of what the other family would do. Where...... half of the paper......because Lady Capulet abandoned her and had the nurse watch over her and as she said "she was the prettiest baby I ever nursed" (I.iii ). Juliet was alone and only had her nurse, so when Romeo filled that loneliness she was happy, but when he left she was heartbroken. She has never had anyone in her life and became desperate when Romeo left, which led her to fake her death to be with Romeo. Lady Capulet also tries to force Juliet to marry Paris, although Juliet would prefer "Rather {Romeo} than Paris" (III.v). This shows that Lady Capulet doesn't really care about Juliet's feelings, which is another cause of Juliet's attempt to win over Romeo. Lady Capulet's pressure to marry Paris makes her desperate to escape Verona with Romeo and not marry Paris. Overall, the pressure of marrying someone other than Romeo had the strength on Juliet to pull the stunt that led to the deaths of both..
