Large numbers of blacks indicate police animosity toward African Americans. Whites take advantage of the freedom of psychiatric diagnosis to mistreat black Americans. Because of this, black Americans risk incarceration so that whites can enjoy state resources. The initiative ensures that there is no opposition to the unfair practices and prejudices of white people. Additionally, health insurance benefits afforded to Black Americans may also be funneled to whites while Blacks are incarcerated. The issue of limiting trade policies towards Africa and the failure to maintain international peace reveal that the United States is in favor of racism. Furthermore, American leaders are of the view that Africa does not qualify for America's national strategic interests. Accordingly, the appearance of the debt repayment problem in most African countries confirms the plans of the United States in Africa.
