Evaluated effectiveness issues and suggestions for improving mobile phones and texting among teachers in technical and vocational programs. The results showed that M-learning has already taken its place in good preparation and needs to be further expanded by using appropriate language and incorporating preferred frequency. Other studies show that mobile phones can record lectures, read e-books, provide feedback, access the Internet, multimedia materials, practice exercises and use educational software to improve learning.
