1.0 Introduction The human resource management of the business organization is responsible for various responsibilities to ensure that the company's operations are possible with adequate personnel and the necessary skills. Carrying out the most important service for any company, the human resources manager is responsible for the most important and challenging aspect which is the relationships between employees and employers. This aspect of human resource management gains recognition within the organization, among employees, the national government and the international body. Relationships between employees and employers are the most critical aspect of human resource management for a country in a bigger picture. Various technical aspects, mainly legal, must be well understood and put into practice by the human resources manager or industrial relations manager of a business organization. All this and processes and procedures were not built in a day, many years of working relationships have educated world society on improvement and the need to have stable and fair industrial relations. “Companies and their workforces must offer that little extra to survive and win in the global economy. This is where good working relationships play a vital role.
